Meet Sue Byrne
Hello my name is Sue Byrne. I have been the owner and principal teacher of the Yoga Byrne Studio in Cannington (Perth) for 7 beautiful and rewarding years. I am now moving away from studio life and become the traveling yogi. My greatest loves are yoga and family!
By immersing ourselves in new environments, being confronted by culture shocks and stepping out of our comfort zone to engage in brand new experiences we can connect back to our true nature.
I have been fortunate enough to have delivered retreats to yoga students both in Western Australia, Bali once or twice yearly, for the past 10 years.
I have also hosted Yoga and Health retreats to India and co hosted a retreat in Auckland NZ.
I have been teaching Yoga for 14 years and practicing for 18 years this has been mostly in the Vinyasa Flow yoga style but also in many other forms of yoga.
- Gentle restorative Yoga
- Yoga Nidra (deep rest)
- Stretch and rest classes
- Hatha Flow for all bodies no matter what!
I am fully insured and have a current First Aid Certificate
As a mature aged yoga teacher with a dedicated daily yoga and meditation practice, I express all of the qualities that life brings forth. I have a grown family and the most amazing 10-year-old granddaughter who teaches me so much. She ensures that I remain in the present moment each and every time we have our play dates. She is my yoga!
It is so easy to get lost in daily life. But by removing ourselves from these stresses and distractions we can return to our true nature – and our true nature is LOVE.
My intention is to guide you in taking an extra special journey and meeting life on a new and different level, presenting you with opportunity to truly alter the way you see yourself, and your life. I hope you can join me on a heart-felt journey through the practice of yoga. Experience the red carpet treatment with Yoga Byrne (ME).
