It’s hard to remember what that first class was like. We will do our best to remind you of that first initial joy and why you have continued with yoga OR why you would love to dive deeper into this ancient practice

Come along and welcome yourself back to us with some great Yoga, meditations, food, awesome company and work through those tight areas with the roll and release workshop.

What to bring:
your own bottle of drinking water
a heat/wheat pack (if you have one)
Plus, your own Yoga mat will be required

Notice of cancellation must be in writing, with an email as an acceptable form of communication, directly to Yoga Byrne with the following conditions:
60 days plus prior to the workshop or retreat – Full Refund (minus $10 admin fee)
59 – 30 days prior to the workshop or retreat- 50% Refund (unless a replacement can be found)
29 – 15 days prior to the workshop or retreat – 25% refund (unless a replacement can be found)
Within 14 days of the workshop or retreat – No refund available.
Schedule of events
We will begin our retreat day with a gathering circle to connect to each other with breath work……. (distancing will be in place)
Followed by 20-minutes of guided Meditation
Carmel’s popularRoll to Release
Here we will spend one hour releasing safely and gently tightness, stagnation, restrictions and reduced range of motion throughout your body.
You’ll be provided with a set of three balls (Value $35) they are the tools you’ll use throughout the session and you get to take them home with you to continue caring for yourself in your own home, in your own time. (bonus)
Great care is taken to personalise your own self-massage which will be instructed so that you remain safe and injury free – the balls are specific for the purpose so that they don’t cause you additional injury that ‘trigger’/lacrosse/golf balls etc are likely to do.
Lunch time which is home cooked and supplied with love (Please advise of any dietary requirement’s)

Learn Step by Step Surya Namaskar which is a set of 12 powerful Yoga Asanas in less than 3 minutes. Surya Namaskar provides a good cardiovascular workout. They are one of the perfect ways to keep the body in shape and the mind active and calm.
